Many students completing our courses to gain work in the hospitality industry are seeking a means to an end. It's an expedient way to support themselves as they churn their way through various academic degrees, travel or simply earn a living whilst deciding what they want to do for the rest of their lives. Perhaps it's a second job. If you cannot be at the party, why not be close to it!

It often occurs to me everyone who participates in our courses such as RSA & RCG do so because these courses are mandatory, enabling them to get a job in the hospitality industry. What about a mandatory course that will assist people in keeping their job?
