This hygiene course unit must be completed to meet the requirements of most of the Food & Beverage Units in the Hospitality Training Package.
This occupational hygiene course is recognised under the Australian Quality Training Framework, and VETAB (NSW)

Duration: 6 hours
Assessment & completion standard: theory & written assessment, criteria exceeds VETAB & ANTA requirements. Upon successful completion of the hygiene training, participants receive a statement of attainment as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations.
Cost: $95. Book & pay online or in person between 14 November 2008 & 28 February 2009 & receive a $5 discount.
